Nuts uncomfortable with AIWB carry

So I'll get right to the point without beating around the bush (pun intended), when I carry AIWB my nuts tend to get uncomfortable and I find myself reaching down there to adjust myself.Seems like the barrel or the holster is constantly pushing stuff around down there making it a little uncomfortable.I carry a Glock 19 at approximately 12 o clock exactly with a cheap kydex-only holster (got my Ventcore coming in this week)Does choice of underwear make a difference?
