Question about Idaho permits (S/E) in Minnesota?

USA Carry’s reciprocity map seems to have some conflicting information regarding Idaho licenses in Minnesota. Selecting resident or non-resident standard licenses shows as recognized in Minnesota, but the notes below the map explicitly say otherwise. TTAG seems to back up the idea that MN only accepts the enhanced permit.
