Professional driver here. What's the best way to CCW in a car?

Operating in Virginia. What's the best way to CCW while driving? I used to IWB, but I don't see that being very accessible with a seat belt on. I've considered under-arm with a button-up or jacket over it. Any ideas? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2gAhIKc
