My friend in the US(Missouri) have US permanent residency and Japanese citizenship,and he says "I can't get MO state CC permit because I'm not US citizen,but If I get non-resident permit from other state where have reciprocity to MO state, I can carry CCW".Is that happen?I know in the US(and some other countries) person who has permit can carry handgun under their clothes,but I never heard of non-resident permit. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2hdAlCn
