So I turned 19 and took my ccw class and now I'm just waiting for my prints to come back to the sheriff. In Missouri you have to be 21 to purchase a handgun from a dealer. Does anybody know how I go about getting a sidearm to carry? Am I allowed to have my parents buy one without it being considered a straw purchase?
