IWB holster for XDM 9mm 3.8" compact

I'm looking for an IWB holster (preferably leather, but not absolutely necessary) for a 3.8" XDM compact. Any suggestions? Also, does anyone have opinions on desantis holsters? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1UgWdfa
