In my state the CCW permits are issued by the state but require county sheriff's approval. I have had a CCW permit but went in to re-certify and was told since my previous CCW was issued in another county I would have to pay the new fee etc. With this being a state permit this doesn't make much sense to me. Along these same lines my state allows suppressors and from my limited understanding (new law) it will be a federal stamp approved by the state with a sheriff's final say. If I decide to move 10 miles down the road am I going to be in a predicament in which I will have to sell my suppressor to live in a different county?Anybody with any experience or thoughts would be appreciated.
