http://ift.tt/23elJ4U job kid thinking to defend his home, but as the story states he started shooting after the guy went outside and the gun we can assume parents leave loaded at home for these situations was loaded with FMJ ammo. For purposes of discussion:Hard to criticize a kid for not shooting when the perp was inside going past him and threatening the kid, but for productive purposes. How do we talk to our kids about being left home alone with a gun and if they have to use it? My first thought was what if the perp decided to try and take the gun from the kid, because kid didn't shoot at first. Finally, and maybe I'm ignorant: Why was that 9mm FMJ? Isn't that a stupid move on the parents' part? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1Szq69j
