Getting around tough laws in MA

If any of you are from MA and can help me out, that would be great. I live in Boston and am about to turn 21. For those of you that don't know, in MA you can be issued a LTC (license to carry) with or without restrictions. With restrictions pretty much prohibits you from actually conceal carrying. There's a pretty general consensus that if you live in Boston, you're LTC almost certainly will be restricted to "target and hunting". Only once the license expires after 6 years can you try again for an unrestricted LTC. I don't know about y'all, but that really boils my blood. The Army trusts me to carry weapons on a regular basis yet Boston wont let me conceal carry for fuck knows why...Anyway, a friend recommended getting cheap sublet apartment in a town outside of Boston (Somerville) that is much more gun friendly (or as gun friendly as you can get in MA...). I'd be willing to dish out a couple hundred bucks for a cheap sublet for a month to establish "residence" in a town that would get me an unrestricted. Would this work? Are there any other ways to increase the likelihood of getting an unrestricted LTC? Its ridiculous I would have to put this much effort in to simply exercise my 2nd amendment rights. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1YbKrRU
