Campfire: What's the farthest you've traveled for training? Was it worth it?

You know, like a campfire where people gather around and tell stories. Whatever, it sounded good in my head.Farthest I've traveled was about 65 miles, just to get my carry permit. There were classes that were closer, but the driver knew a guy way out there and wanted to get further from his wife without going fishing.Okay, now that my boring stuff is out of the way, let's hear your tales of travel and training.
