Next week I’ll go get my permit from my local courthouse. I’ve been researching carry guns, handled a couple in stores, shot a few, and narrowed it down to a couple guns. Among those and a favorite of mine is the CZ P10C. However, I have recently learned of a problem with this gun that might make it unsafe/unsuitable for carry, especially bc I plan to carry appendix. Apparently they have (or had, maybe the issue has been solved but I haven’t found anything indicating that it has.) a poorly designed firing pin safety. The problem is described here in detail. Is this problem major enough to make it unsafe for appendix carry or is it insignificant given the gun also has other safeties? Has it been resolved?
