Shooting Competency Before Daily Carry

Hello,My question is, how much skill / practice should one have before they carry to be responsible? For example, someone who has never shot a gun would be more of a danger than a help by carrying a gun.For me, I recently got my CCW permit and a 9mm handgun. I've been going to the range about once a week and shooting around 75 rounds each time. At 7 yards I can shoot a 2-3" group (5 rounds) pretty quickly and consistently. However, I've never been in the military and thus don't know how I would shoot under extreme stress. I have not started carrying yet but soon I'll have a holster and it will be an option.Interested to hear everyone's thoughts. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2QxwrHl
