Will licenses take longer with the numerous shutdowns going on right now?

Hi, I'm in n FL and took a class then applied for my concealed carry permit March 5th. When I check the status it's still pending with the note that they legally have 90 days to approve or debt me. With everything going on do you think they will be taking a lot longer than average to approve people? Can/will they likely go past the 90 days? Florida I'm told takes an average of 2-4 weeks.
