Lost change of address paper for CCW in NC

I got my CCW in one county and then moved to another county a few years later. I got my change of address paper, although I feel like it's supposed to be a card and not a simple piece of paper. The change of address paper somehow fell out of my wallet and is gone, so now my CCW address doesn't match my DL. Should I be fine as long as I notify an officer what happened?
