Winter is coming...

We just had our first frost warning in my area last night so thoughts are turning to cold weather CCW. It won't be long now until medium and heavy coats become every day wear. This simplifies carry options for say, walking the dog or out hiking but during the day and on the job I'm in and out of a vehicle a lot - working on both outdoor and indoor equipment both alone and around clients. OWB strongside carry is fine for outside but not so much for working inside when the jacket is removed.Wondering what changes IWB and AIWB carriers go to -if any, in cold weather.I'm considering chest holstering a P365XL in hopes that it will lay flat enough to cover with a fleece vest which could be left on after removing a jacket - and still pass casual scrutiny. The 365XL is new and I haven't carried with this compact of a weapon before. It also seems that chest holsters are a relatively new CCW carry option. Thoughts?Lastly what are your thoughts/suggestions on gloves suitable for concealed carry use - lightweight tactical or fingerless gloves or no gloves? That last option is obviously easiest but impractical if outdoors very long. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/35nCQKZ
