What's a good price for .38 special ammo?

I found a guy selling 160 rounds of hollow point .38 special ammo. He wants $60 for all of it. Seems a little steep to me, I was thinking $40-$50 for all of it. It's all the same brand, but he doesn't remember what brand it is. It's all in one giant plastic bag.
