Indiana is the state, so no laws against carrying while intoxicated.I can't find anything saying the Stand Your Ground Law doesn't apply if you're intoxicated.Can anyone confirm that 100%?SWIM used lethal force last night, to protect another SWIM, who was on the ground in the fetal position getting the ever living piss beat out of him. SWIM had been knocked out while trying to remove himself from the situation. When he came to, he found his friend being beaten. He announced he had his weapon drawn, no change. He fired.One of the aggressors was hit and succumbed to his injuries.SWIM is freaking out. He immediately told law enforcement he had discharged his firearm then plead the 5th at the police department so he was released.
