So we all know about Glock's fancy internal safety systems. No wonder so many people feel comfortable carrying them. Sig, on the other hand, has a manual safety on some of their P365 models although not on all of them. The question is, does Sig have some sort of internal safety mechanism to prevent unintended discharges? I am seriously considering a 365XL for carry, but it has no thumb safety which would go a long way towards my peace of mind as a new shooter. Can I be assured that even without an external safety this gun will NEVER go off without me pulling the trigger? Thank you. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/30QJbee
