Traveling to New York.

Hello, I'll be traveling to New York for a week for work. Im currently a ccw holder in Georgia. I looked at GAs website and reciprocity map, unfortunately from what i see, NY doesn't recognize a GA issued ccw license. Id rather be able to carry, but at the very least it will always be with me in my hotel and anywhere i travel in my vehicle. Im aware of GA ccw laws and vehicle laws, but im unaware of ny ccw and vehicle laws. Is there anything specific i need to do or look out for? Thanks.Edit: Thanks for all the replies.
