USCCA Insurance vs Employer Legal Plan

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has considered their employer legal plan as a substitute for the dedicated CC/firearm insurance. From what I can tell the plan that my employer offers is pretty good and fairly cheap. $12/month with legal support for just about everything under the sun. I checked and there seems to be coverage for legal representation if criminal charges were ever leveled. Is this a valid substitute or does a dedicated insurance from someone like USCCA offer the sort of specialized representation that I would prefer in a defensive shooting legal battle? Opinions welcome. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2Ce2fYq
