So it happened, I got pulled over tonight while carrying. I had forgotten to turn my headlights on (DTR lamps were on). I handed over my drivers license and CCL and he ran my plates. When he came back, he said I was free to go. I told him I was nervous because it was my first time being pulled over while carrying. He said it was cool and he appreciated me handing over the CCL with the DL. Last thing he told me was that I should inform him next time that I was carrying.So my question is, should I verbally inform the officer in the future because Illinois is not a duty to inform state. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2wiODbX
