I have no experience with any self defense skills, Martial Arts, or anything of the like. I am starting Jiu Jitsu training today, and will be trying a class or two of Muay Thai, and MMA training.
In your opinion, which of the three is best for real like self defense scenarios?
I have heard that a mix of 2 or 3 of them may be more beneficial than just learning one, but what does Reddit think?
Is there another style or set of techniques that I should look into instead?
