http://ift.tt/2uwc7N8 live near a VA hospital. The entrance to the facility is a public road on Federal property that goes across their property and leads into my neighborhood. It's a lot easier for me to use their road to get to my house.I am not seeking legal advice.Is anyone familiar with this code/law?
