Hi guys, I was reading an article about how a cyclist road raged some poor lady who got outside of her vehicle to look at the damage he did by punching her side/rear mirror. Basically he grabbed her and pushed her against her car. Assuming she was a CCW holder, at what point would she be able to draw and fire on the cyclist?
