Hello all,Firstly i know this might be more of a legal question but i havent had any luck at other subs so im hoping someone might have experience here. In 2011 i was hospitalized after making stupid choices mixing sleeping pills with alcohol to deal with depression. I was sent to a hospital ICU where i slept it off basically and then was woken up and put into handcuffs and taken to a mental hospital/rehab for a week. I was a CWP holder at that time and i was never notified by the state that it was invalid after my stay there but i stopped carrying on the safe side. Since then my life has turned around completely and I'm now married. I want to reapply for my CWP in my home state (GA) but im unsure on if i will be able to get my license because of the involuntary hospital stay 6 years ago. I never went before a judge and its not showing on a criminal background check.Is there a central agency that i could reach out to for guidence on this? The information im reading online isnt very helpful and im hesistant to go to the probate without my ducks being in a row first. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2rwCegN
