can family member use my gun?

if i am not at home and a home invasion happens, can a family member (who is not licensed to carry) legally use my gun to defend themself?or lets say a business. if i am not there, can an employee LEGALLY use my gun to defend themself? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2scQYmQ
