I sent off all of my paper work (electronically) on Nov 1st. I got an email on Feb 1st saying it was accepted and a link for payment. I successfully sent my payment off yesterday. (Feb 3rd) When could I expect to receive my license in the mail? Also, does the Louisiana CWL have my DL picture on it? Thanks guys! via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/2jLNqr1
