Not sure where to start on this, so I'm here. Anyone know someone to contact in the AR state government to start the ball rolling on fixing our constitutional carry language?AFAIK, the language is still super vague on carrying without a permit. There's a "journey" clause that allows carry outside of your home county, but I want to write someone to fix this and go all out permitless CC. Any help appreciated.
