What does the "IC" stand for in the Mississippi Enhance Carry permit?

I'm moving to Mississippi in a few months. I know that completing an enhanced carry course will allow you to get the "IC" sticker (indicating an enhanced carry permit). I also know that the enhanced carry permit allows you to carry in more places than a regular carry permit. My question is what do the letters "IC" stand for?
