Time until action has to be taken on a CCW bill after passing both state house and senate?

Im sure many of you kept up with the campus carry bill (HB 859) in Georgia these last couple months. It was passed in the house on Feb 22nd and in the senate on March 11. Govenor deal seems to have gotten cold feet about the bill and made some comments, but I haven't heard anything about it since then.I was under the impression that if both the house and senate pass a bill, it becomes law after some set time if the governor does not veto it. Does anyone know when that deadline is or am I completely misunderstanding something in the process? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1XFAVXt
