MD HQL

Anybody that knows anything about the HQL in here? Basically I have a MD Hunter Safety Card I want to use for the training portion, but it's pretty beat up (you can't read the first number). Will they take it if I send a copy of that with a separate sheet of paper with the number on it? Card is readable basically minus the top and left side, and DNR is taking FOREVER to send me a new one and I wanna get this rolling. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1MHg6Ke
