Looking for a single stack 9

So I'm pretty sure I want a single stack 9. Right now I have a New Agent that I carry at 4:00 and for summer carry or formal wear I have an LCP custom in my front pocket, but I think I'd like a single stack 9 to replace the New Agent. I've been considering the LC9s pro, the M&P Shield, the XDs, the beretta Nano, or the Walther PPS M2. I've handled everything but the Walther, and the Shield felt the most comfortable in my hand. The guy at my LGS suggested that since I already have a full size XDM and am very comfortable with it that I should go with the XDs. haven't had the chance to shoot any of them, and there's no way I'll get to shoot ALL of them, so how do I decide?
