Importance of off hand training.

I recently had a heart issue and after having a heart catheter through my right wrist. I now find myself having to carry on the off hand and now kick myself for not practicing more. You never know what will happen, be prepared. Just a word of warning. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1NenJZ5
