Does anybody here have, or know someone who has, one of the "unicorn" carry permits (NYC, DC, San Francisco, New Jersey, Los Angeles, etc.)? Just curious.

What's the story? How did you/they get it?I ask because I recall an old (very old, like 5 years at this point I think) comment thread from /r/guns where somebody was talking about how they got a NYC CCW (they said it was called a "yellow card" I think), and just wanted to hear more about it. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/20FRm7W
