CCW Luggage Recommendations

I'm looking for a new piece of luggage that would best facilitate bringing along my CCW. I do not want to place a small, locked case inside of normal luggage, but would rather use the entire luggage piece as my secured case. My requirements are as follows:Room for 3-5 days of clothes, toiletries, and sundriesHard shellNo zippersAllow for external, non-TSA locksPreferably around 15lbs unpackedPrice isn't much of an object (within reason).
