My wife and I took a concealed carry class a few weeks ago and the instructor told us we can carry +1, but he chooses not to. He cited a number of horror stories (Most were from people who didn't know how to carry with a proper holster, or carried an old SA revolver with no hammer safety) and just told us to rack the slide when we pull it out. Personally, I'd rather carry +1, especially if it gives me an extra round with an already limited mag.If I'm using an M&P Shield with an Urban Carry holster or Galco Classic Lite, do you folks see there being sufficient safety concern to not carry +1? via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/23922AU
