To my knowledge, there are no official sources on this (yet).SC Senate Judiciary Committee heard arguments this afternoon on HB-3799, giving (mutual) reciprocity with Georgia, and the committee voted 21-0 in favor of the bill. It will now move to the SC Senate floor.I have said too many times to count on /r/SCguns, /r/GAguns, and /r/CCW that this bill would never make it this far... and I've never been so excited to be wrong. Way to go, South Carolina! The struggle isn't over yet, but this is another major victory for a bill that has faced such extreme political challenges for so many years. If you are a SC resident, please contact your senator and tell him to vote YES on 3799.
