I just got my CHL in the mail today.I took my course on Feb 6th.Due to their systems being down, I had to wait till Feb 9th to apply and mail in my paperwork. At 30 days they submitted background check. At 50 days it came back approved. And 54 days it was in my mailbox.Just for anyone curious how long it takes in Arkansas. via /r/CCW http://ift.tt/1TxLYmn
