Medical Marijuana

I’ve seen a few posts about the MORE Act that just passed in the house.https://ift.tt/Jl7k0ZW, a friend and I have been going back and fourth about a disagreement we have had for ages.Their position: it makes no difference if you have a medical marijuana card and a concealed weapons permit. Fair, people have done it, it’s not necessarily checked up on. However, even if the MORE Act passes, my position is that it will not change the fact that even in a justified force encounter the prosecution will use it against you.So, my question, is it not just better in general to avoid the medical marijuana card and go about business as usual with the CCW to avoid it being brought up?Or do we just boil it down further to if you are subject to a justified force encounter that you will inevitably take a drug test and if THC is detected, it will be used against you? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/pNo2fsn
