so I'm 18 and live in Utah which means I can legally open carry without a permit, but have to get a provisional permit to conceal carry which i definitely plan to do asap just my schedule is pretty tight. so my question is should I be open carrying until then in case I'll need my gun or should I simply keep it at home until I get my permit? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3wqrwtT
