-Looks like the asian couple was walking down the street when some crazy white dude shoved the asian guy in the face
-It seems the asian guy confronted the white dude about it since there's no audio it's impossible if this was an aggressive confrontation or not
What would you do in this case? I think the asian guy made the smart choice here to walk away, but what if asian guy pulled out a gun or knife / or simply just knocked out the crazy white guy? Would he legally be allowed to do that? Since police also believe this might be a hate crime, would that change things from a legal standpoint?
