what kind of self defense weapon should i get?

i’m moving to a big city for a few months and i’m going to be sublenting a house where i’ll be living alone. i looked up the neighborhood’s crime rating and it didn’t have the best grade. i don’t know what kind of weapon to get. i already have pepper spray, i was going to bring a baseball bat with, but should i get anything else? what are your thoughts on stun guns? any advice would be helpful
