Might be a stupid question but I’m relatively new to concealed carry. Are the claws you often see on a appendix carry holsters only for appendix holsters?

I like to carry at the 4 o’clock position and I’m about to pick up a full size pistol that I will carry occasionally. Wondering if a claw will help conceal it still even if I’m carrying at 4 via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2W93HaU
