Men of r/CCW: what jeans are slim fit but sit at waist?

For the first time, I looked up the actual definitions of various ways of describing jean, and have realized that my inability to conceal a gun at 4:30 while seated is because of my jeans that sits below my waist. Basically, the top of my jeans is pointing up- and backward, making my grip prints like crazy. For the past month, I’ve been trying to pull my pants higher and tighten my belt harder, to a point where the top of my jeans are folded at the front... I think it’s time to find new jeans.This is gonna cost me more than my CZ P-01, so before I get into a shopping spree... what slim fit jeans work for you?Some info about me...Current jeans/trousers: all Levi’s 511, sadly, the fit doesn’t work with my compact gun (ok with my subcompact since I carry that at 3:30 instead of 4:30.)Build: average 5’-10, 180 lbs, doesn’t have a 6-pack, but not a beer belly neither.Want: slim fit similar to 511, but definitely not skinny. Picturing myself in tapered jeans resulted in awkward images of myself in my head, and I would prefer not have loose fabric around my not-muscular thighs.
