Is carrying a firearm while wearing a mask, with the pandemic going on, a class 4 felony?

I saw a TikTok, that shows you guys how old I am, and in that video it talks about how if you wear a mask while carrying a firearm, it's a class 4 felony, this video was a meme but it served a pretty good point. Obviously many places are requiring masks to enter, so is it legal to carry a firearm with a mask on in these places?
