So around a year and a half ago i had a divorce which i took pretty rough. I pretty much hit low bottom and it got to the point where my mom called worried for my safety thinking i was going to self harm ( i had no real intent to self harm but i was under the influence of marijuana and alcohol both substances which are stated in my health records). Long story short two officers knocked on my door and pretty much forced me to come with them to the hospital. Once at the hospital i refused to sign the waiver to let the doctor examine me so he just took my blood pressure and let me go.Anyways now next to my health record there is a form filled out by the officer who took me which is named "Statement in Support Of Immediate Detention of Mentally Ill or Dangerous Person". Although i was technically allowed to walk away from the hospital and the doctor said i was stable i'm worried this might affect my chances of owning a gun and getting my CCW. That was a very low time in my life but i'm past that now and want to move on and don't really want something like this dangling over my head and impeding my freedom of arms either. is this going to be a problem when applying for my license, and if so is there a way i can dispute it? via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2XfGdQP
