I want to learn a stick weapon art because sticks are more commonly found than other weapons. Which one seems to be more useful if you were stuck in a fight. I have opportunity to learn one of them.
(I know guns is common answer but not every country carries guns everywhere)
How I see the two weapons: Bo staff has long reach and heaps of power but hard to use in tight spaces (likely area to be attacked)
Kali/Escrima sacrifices long reach and power but you have two (or one and a grappling hand) and can maneuver in tighter areas
