Applying for CCW License outside the state in which I reside... Is it Shady?

First, I want to start with saying that I have already completed and passed the CCW Test for Nevada.A few months ago, I started the process of obtaining my CCW license for Nevada. Unfortunately, because of the Corona virus, its pretty much impossible to get in to do finger prints and actually apply for the license.Iv'e found that Nevada recognizes Virginia Licenses, and Virginia allows you to apply online, while only needing to take a short online class.My question is, is it shady/illegal to apply for a license in a state that you do not live in, to use it in a state that you DO Live in?Thanks in advance for any insight on this! via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/3cN8EMs
