Am I allowed to keep a gun in my trunk permanently (i.e, not "transporting" it somewhere) in CA...?

Just as the title says, I'm wondering if im allowed to just keep a gun permanently inside a locked container inside my locked car trunk for if ever I need it. I do NOT have a CCW, btw. via /r/CCW https://ift.tt/2XlVlfy
