Detroit police limiting interaction. I forgot how heavy and catchy on things the 45 is

I don't live in Detroit, but several times over the years I have had to pull my pocket 38, usually at gas stations near Detroit. For some reason they run as soon as you draw so I have never pulled the trigger.However, the Detroit police are now "limiting interaction" on arrests. I just upgraded to my officer 45 in my paddle holster and I forgot just how much of a pain holster carry is. It catches on things and is heavy.
